GENERAL QUESTIONS (FAQs)

We have assembled some questions we commonly get asked to help you out. If your questions isn't answered here please feel free to reach out to us by chat or in the Contact Us section of our site.

  • We ship all across Canada and the US, we also offer to ship internationally. Shipping rates for Canada and US are calculated when you checkout online. For US customers, original Canadian artwork purchases and shipments are tax and duty free. For Canadian customers the tax of the destination province is charged.

    Brokerage charges may occur for US and International clients which will be up to the customer to pay.

  • Yes, some of our artists will be happy to take on commissions for their work. Please email us with what your are looking for and we will be happy to speak with the artist on your behalf.

  • Yes, we do some framing in house at the gallery, but we also work with other framing shops here in the city. Get in touch with us and we would be happy to help.

  • Our submission process can be found in the Contact section of the website.

    As with most galleries, we only accept email submissions. Walk in submissions will not be looked at, once we review your work if we feel the need to see the work in person we will let you know.
